The fabric feels really soft and comfortable, which I was happy about. To be honest, it’s a bit thinner and more delicate than I expected, so I’d just handle it with a little care. Overall, it feels nice and the description is mostly fair

I ordered a dress from overseas and, the whole thing went smoothly. Shipping took a little while, but that’s kind of what I expect with international orders. The tracking updated properly, and the dress showed up nicely packed. Based on this one experience, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again

I like the idea of ordering, but the shipping cost feels way too high. I’m sure a lot of other customers feel the same way, by the time shipping is added, it really makes you think twice about checking out.

The size chart actually helped for once, which was kind of a surprise lol. Anyway, I went with my usual size, and it ended up fitting exactly how I hoped, no random tight spots or anything weird.

I ordered a dress from Simkhai because the photos made it look really structured and kind of luxe, but when it showed up, it just didn’t have that same feel. The fabric looked flatter in person, and the color wasn’t nearly as soft as it looked online.
The fit didn’t really match the model photos either, especially around the waist. I know there’s always lighting and editing with product pics, so I’m not saying I expected it to be nothing but perfect, but this felt noticeably different.
It wasn’t the worst order I’ve ever had or anything, but for the price, I don’t think it was unreasonable to expect the photos to be more accurate...

I found some really good sale prices, and the discount code worked without any issues at checkout. The whole checkout process was quick and easy. Shipping did feel a little slower than I expected, but overall I was happy with the order. A friend had recommended checking them out, and I can see why.

I really wanted to like my experience with Simkhai because the clothes are beautiful and the quality feels nice, but trying to do an exchange was more of a hassle than I expected. I really do like the stuff here, the styles are cute and I always end up finding something I’d wear. But then, of course, I click my size and it’s gone. Again. It’s kind of like finding a great parking spot and realizing there’s a tiny car already in it. So yeah, the clothes are nice, but shopping gets frustrating when my size is sold out half the time.

But after just a few wears, the fabric started pilling and the seams already looked like they were struggling. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the price, I expected it to last a lot longer.

I’m just taking one star off because it is definitely on the expensive side, and shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would. I’m still happy with the dress overall, but I’m curious if anyone else had the same issue with slower shipping?

I still end up shopping here sometimes, not all the time but if I see something I need or the price looks decent I might buy from them again later because it's been fine enough for me so far...
